I can say from personal experience working with Maggie Carbone not once, not twice but FOUR times now, she is absolutely phenomenal!!!!
She has helped me sell 2 homes AND purchase 2 homes. I know nothing about any of this or what’s involved and it’s a scary thing, but not with Maggie by your side. And that is exactly what it feels like, Maggie was right there every single step of the way. She explained everything that we needed to do and was available immediately whenever I had a question or concern. Sadly, these days it is hard to find someone that is professional, knowledgeable, kind and responds to you. If anything came up in the process, Maggie stepped up and was on top of it immediately and always had my best interest her priority. Maggie has so much experience and knowledge as a Realtor and it showed. Each and every time I worked with her, everything went so smooth, I couldn’t believe it!!! At least that’s how it felt to me during this stressful time because when we had issues on the other side with the sellers or buyers, Maggie handled it so I didn’t have to worry about any of it.
I remember years ago when I was looking to buy my very first home before I knew Maggie, I went through several Realtors trying to find one that actually was knowledgeable and helpful. That was so frustrating…I am so grateful I found Maggie!!!
